on November 16 , starting at 10am, at Vancouver Community College, ICE-Italian Trade Commission organizes a Masterclass for professionals, restaurateurs, distributors and importers on culinary tradition of Emilia-Romagna. Indulge in a captivating culinary experience for “Artigianato a Tavola,” a celebration of Emilia-Romagna Cuisine brought to life in the heart of Vancouver. This special event showcases a fascinating masterclass led by Chef Mark Massicotte and David Azzi, presented by the ITA Toronto office in collaboration with Confartigianato.
