ARPICO – Society of Italian Researchers & Professionals in Western Canada is pleased to present “From Waste to Resource: Reimagining Wastewater Treatment Through Innovation,” an event exploring innovation in wastewater treatment and resource recovery.

Dr. Zeno Farinelli, an engineer with Metro Vancouver, will discuss how innovative technologies and approaches can transform materials generated through wastewater treatment from waste into valuable resources, with a particular focus on Hydrothermal Liquefaction (HTL) and its potential for energy and material recovery.

The event will offer a practical perspective on how innovation, engineering, and the circular economy can contribute to building more sustainable and resilient infrastructure.
