Access to the offices of the Consulate

The offices of the Consulate General are open to the public only upon appointment, with the exception of real emergency situations. To book an appointment, please send an email to consolato.vancouver@esteri.it, specifying your full name, place and date of birth, place of residence and the type of service requested.

Introducing telephone hours reserved for seniors

Seniors 65+ with limited or no access to electronic resources can now obtain information from our offices over the phone, by calling our number every weekday between 2:30 and 3:30pm. Non-seniors can continue to access information through our website or by sending email or calling during other times.
