Dual citizens need a valid Canadian passport to travel

As of November, 2016, Canadian citizens travelling abroad need a valid Canadian passport. Similar provisions already existed for Italian citizens. Therefore, if you are a dual citizen, both Canadian and Italian, and want to travel between Italy and Canada, you will need to have BOTH passports for your trip. Be prepared!
